Encourage Golf, founded by lifelong friends and former Iowa High School State Golf Champs, Brian Neville and Sean Smith, is committed to fostering a love for the game in players of all skill levels. Through our inclusive golf lessons, we aim to teach not only the fundamentals of golf, but also valuable life skills. Our mission is to inspire confidence, perseverance, and sportsmanship in every participant, creating a supportive community where everyone can thrive both on and off the course.

  • Master’s Degree in Special Education
  • Former NCAA Golfer
  • 7-time Club Champion/5-time City Champion
  • 2004 Eastern Iowa Golf Association Champion
  • Wapsi Country Club 9-Hole Course Record Holder
